NEW PARISHIONERS: Please phone Church office for registration information

HELP THE POOR: By supporting catholic Charities/St. Vincent’s Dinning Room. Each month the Parish contributes at least $1,200(One Thousand Two Hundred Dollars) to our local Catholic Charities. We receive these donations from the “Poor Box” located near the church entrance and from envelopes in the offertory collection clearly marked “ For the Poor”. Please do not give money to panhandlers as such money is often used for alcohol and drugs and does not help these people nor the local community.

HOLY MATRIMONY: Do not set a date before you meet with the pastor. At least one party should be a registered member of this parish. Please call and set up an appointment with the pastor at least six months before the time you hope to schedule the wedding. Both bride and groom must be free to marry in the Catholic Church before a date can be selected.

BAPTISM: At least one parent should be registered member of the Parish. Please call the church office- 702-382-9909 for more information.

R.C.I.A: Our program for adults interested in joining the Catholic Church begins every September. Those interested should attend Mass faithfully each week and inform the Pastor of their interest in joining the program.

RELIGIOUS EDUCATION: The Downtown parishes of St. Bridget and St. Joan of Arc work together to provide religious education for the local children. We would love to have all our children attending St. Joseph’s School (702-384-6909). Children attending a public school should phone St. Bridget’s (702-384-3382) about the (CCD) Confraternity of Christian Doctrine classes for grades One through Eight. Both parishes provide classes for high school students.
