You must be a U.S. citizen. Also, each person on the bus must be cleared by the U S government. You will be required to provide the following information: Name, address, phone number, birthdate, place of birth (city and state) This information can be emailed to Coldwarmonument@aol.com and we must receive a minimum donation of $200 per person. Nevada Test Site Tour Fundraiser
For those attending please carefully read the following instructions!

Date: Dec 4, 2009
Departure Time: 8:00 am (PLEASE ARRIVE 15 TO 20 MINUTES EARLY)
Estimated Arrival Time: Between 3:00 pm & 4:00 pm.
Location: Bus departs and returns to the Atomic Testing Museum / 755 E. Flamingo Rd. / Las Vegas, NV.

Lunch and drinks will be provided.

If you have made a $200 minimum donation you will be receiving a signed book and t-shirt.
Additional signed books and t-shirts will be available for purchase at the Atomic Testing Museum prior to leaving. Books will be $16 and t-shirts $8.

Kyril Plaskon will be on the tour to personalize your book.

100% of the donation goes toward the construction of the Silent Heroes of the Cold War Memorial. Donation is non-refundable.

The following items are prohibited on the Nevada Test Site public tours. If you have any of these items on your person, please return them to your vehicle. Tour escorts are required to do random checks.

• Ammunition
• Incendiary Devices
• Binoculars
• Optical Devices
• Transmitting& Receiving Devices (PDA, BlackBerry, etc.)
• Laptops & Associated Media
• Alcohol
• Chemical Irritants
• Pets & Animals
• Global Positioning System (GPS)
• Recorders
• Portable Data Storage Devices

POSSESSION OF THESE ITEMS MAY DELAY THE DEPARTURE OF THE TOUR AS WELL AS PREVENT YOUR PARTICIPATION.

IF AT ANY POINT DURING THE TOUR THESE ITEMS ARE DISCOVERED, THE TOUR MAY BE TERMINATED AND SENT BACK TO LAS VEGAS.

7:30 a.m. Arrive at Atomic Testing Museum. Meet visitors at badging. Photo identification is required at time of badging.

8:00 a.m. Depart for Mercury.

9:15 a.m. Arrive at Mercury Gate 100 for badge check.

9:20 a.m. Depart for Frenchman Flat via drive-through of Mercury Camp.

9:40 a.m. Arrive at Frenchman Flat. Drive-through briefing on weapons effects test structures and Nonproliferation Test and Evaluation Complex.

10:00 a.m. Depart for Bilby Crater.

10:30 a.m. Arrive at Bilby Crater.

10:40 a.m. Depart for Icecap Ground Zero (GZ).

10:50 a.m. Arrive at Icecap GZ. Briefing by escort.

11:15 a.m. Depart for Sedan Crater.

11:35 a.m. Arrive at Sedan Crater.

11:50 a.m. Depart for Apple II houses via Tippipah Highway. Drive-by briefing of T-1 Training Area.

12:15 p.m. Arrive at Apple II houses.

A camera is authorized on site for a group photo at Sedan Crater and will be controlled by the escort. Briefings are unclassified.

12:30 p.m. Depart for Mercury.

1:15 p.m. Arrive at Mercury Gate 100 for badge check.

1:20 p.m. Depart for Atomic Testing Museum, Las Vegas.

2:45 p.m. Arrive at Atomic Testing Museum.
