ECE members and their guests saw three pre-released movie screenings. They were at three different theatres on Monday July 18, Wednesday July 29 and Thursday 21. For us it was kind of like a mini movie marathon. On Monday we attended the screening of “I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry at Brendan Theater in the Palms Casino Resort. It was a comedy we all enjoyed. The screening on Wednesday was for “Stardust” at Regal’s Green Valley Stadium 10 Theater. “Stardust” is a chick-flick romantic fantasy adventure movie. The final screening was “ Hot Rod” and it was held at Regal’s Sunset Stadium 13. “Hot Rod” was an updated slapstick movie that is aimed at males between the ages of 19 and 30. But the movie also gave our group at lot of laughs. |
