Bruce Mickelson “I came by stagecoach!

Kathleen Dunbar: “He’s Old!”

Background:

Ryan Baker: I heard Bruce mention IBM and that is what I use to do, work in the whole corporate cubical deal on the east coast. So now not only have I worked for buyers and cheap scumbags that will screw you out any chance they get; I now work in Show Business.”

Kathleen Dunbar: “That’s Funny, Ryan!

”Ryan Baker: I know. I haven’t been listening to what the three of them have been saying because I’ve been working on that!”

Kathleen Dunbar: I love this city! I auditioned for Cirque du Soleil. Evidently my leg behind my head, nobody wanted to see.“

ECE AWARDS AT THE JAMES BURTON FESTIVAL

Entertainment Consumers' Exchange, Inc awarded three of their Excellence in Entertainment Awards. The first award, An Excellence in Entertainment Legends Award went to James Burton who is truely a legend. You ask any of todays top guitar players who their inspiration was and they will say James Burton. Upon receiving the award Burotn said He was really honored to be given this award by the fans and it meant alot to be recognized by them. Burton went on to say Vegas is one of his favorite places and that he lived here for several years.

Our excellence IN Entertainment awards are based upon our survey of favorites. There are awards for both local and national entertainers.

The Excellence In Entertainment Spotlight Awards are award to recepients who have made our suvery either in several catagories and/or in several years.

Chris Isaak's live shows have been Spotlighted several years as Favorite Concerts. Those who filled out this catagory have seen Chris Isaaks in various venues through out the United States. So it was with great pleasure that we got to award Chris Isaaks with his Excellence In Entertainment Spotlight Award as Favorite Concert prior to the Saturday Night James Burton & Friends Concert.

Isaak said "He was thrilled to be recieving this award". It was kind of funny because I told Renee to take her glasses off to take the picture and Chris told her to put them back on that because she looked cute with them. I think she looks good with them on but I tell her to take them off becasue you often get glare on the lenses from the flash. But surprise there was no flash in the picture with Chris.

Renee Matulonis, Doyle Dykes and Zee Matulonis
Doyle Dykes was awarded An Excellence In Entertainment Horizon Award as an Emerging Star. When introducing Dykes at the James Burton Concert they described him as a guitar players guitar player. Once you hear Dykes play you are hooked on his playing. His recordings are not played on commerical radio so the general public has not heard of him. However he is becoming very well know from word of mouth.

Dykes said about recieving the award, "I am really blessed in receiving this award and thank you so much".
