The Mission of Community Development Programs Center of Nevada (CDPCN), a Non-profit Corporation, is: To promote community and economic development, housing and lending; To facilitate access to credit within the State of Nevada's low to moderate, income communites, specifically affordable housing lending, consumer lending, small business lending, and community development initiatives; To provide technical assistance and/or education in workshop format or one on one counseling for new and/or existing business and homebuyers; To serve the State of Nevada's consumer credit needs; To create public/private partnerships to develop affordable housing and community development projects; To assist in the development of future entrepreneurs through youth education,training, and mentoring. |
