Nevada Children's Center believes in creating a healthy and accepting atmosphere. We treat each staff member as an individual with respect and dignity and ask their opinions and input in developing programming, hiring staff, and implementing treatment planning for clients. Our experiences have proven to be successful. The more involved staff is in the decision making process, the more invested they are in the implementation of services. Our goal is create and maintain a high moral and a positive work environment, which in turn increases productivity. We will continue to hire and maintain a staff dedicated to treating the most severely emotionally disturbed children in Southern Nevada.
