| | Dear Friends,Thank you for taking part in E Bunny 2012. Thousands of parents and child care workers around our city are so grateful to you for your kindness and generosity, and for making their children’s Easter so special this year. Thanks to you, (a network of caring individuals, organizations and businesses), more than 2750 Easter baskets were delivered to homeless & underprivileged children throughout the Las Vegas Valley. The E Bunny project could not continue each year without the support of Las Vegans like YOU caring for our children. Over the years, it's been a blessing and a mitzvah to be part of the magic that’s created when community comes together to care for our children in need. Our message brings children and their families hope for a brighter future, the joy of giving and receiving, and knowing others care. | | | | ABOUT E BUNNY... And How You Can Help Next Year! | E BUNNY, a grass-roots community outreach program is looking for individuals, groups & businesses, who would like to make 2013 the best Easter ever for thousands of children in need. For the past 22 years, E BUNNY has reached out to homeless and underprivileged children, providing Easter baskets as a token of hope & joy. Without community support, this effort could not continue each year. Statistics show there are more than five thousand children & teens homeless at any given time in our city; we would like to reach as many kids as possible during our Easter 2013 effort. HERE'S WHAT YOU CAN DO TO HELP: 1. Purchase an Easter Basket before Easter, and donate it to E BUNNY 2. Inspire others! Get your friends, family and neighbors involved! 3. Print out the 2013 E BUNNY poster and spread the word! 4. Hold an Easter Basket Drive in your school, church, social group or at your business! We are looking for donations of pre-packaged Easter Baskets that can be purchased at any grocery, drugstore, or general department store. We DON'T accept monetary contributions... ONLY Easter baskets to pass directly to the children. We request pre-packaged, store purchased Easter baskets as opposed to handmade baskets because they are wrapped professionally and stay intact during travel to the kids.
